• The upper part of the body is
  • Bended > 60°
  • Lateral bended > 10°
  • Rotated > 10°
• The foraarms are:
  • Lifted foreward/back > 60°
  • Lateral lifted > 60°
• Head or neck are:
  • Bended forward/back
  • Lateral bended > 10°
  • Rotated > 45°
